This job opening is for a full-time position located on property, specifically within the Food and Beverage & Culinary category, with an hourly pay range of $22.69 to $30.25. The role is a non-management position requiring open availability, with a preference for candidates who have prior hospitality experience. The primary responsibility involves completing the final breakdown of functions by ensuring rooms are cleaned, equipment is properly stored, and all reusable goods are securely stored at the end of shifts. This includes meticulous closing duties such as locking doors and breaking down goods, ensuring all work areas are set up, stocked, and maintained throughout operations. The role demands maintaining a high standard of cleanliness, sanitation, and organization within assigned service areas, which is vital for guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Additionally, the role requires transporting dirty linens to designated cleaning areas, separating various linen types, and restocking shelves with clean linens. Maintaining cleanliness proactively throughout shifts with clean-as-you-go practices is encouraged.
