Technical Program Manager, IT Service Management (H/F)

The Technical Program Manager focuses on organizing, managing, and coordinating delivery of complex corporate technology initiatives in support of our business units. Working with all organizational levels and groups you will enable the delivery of corporate technology initiatives that are instrumental to scaling a rapidly growing multi-billion-dollar global business unit.

The Technical Program Manager Corporate, requires the ability to build strong multi-functional working relationships with teams across the organization. The Technical Program Manager, Corporate will be a champion for Agile delivery principles and practices within the organization.

Program Management

Coordinate closely with Technical Product Manager(s), scrum masters , and agile delivery teams to implement to deliver corporate technology initiatives to enable growth, transformation, and process improvements across the enterprise.

You'll support builds from start to finish - working with delivery partners to plan requirements, manage program schedules, identify and manage program risks, and outline delivery strategies using Agile methodologies where applicable.

Use risk mitigation planning to identify, track, and remove risks identified during agile planning and delivery.

Collaborate with Technical Product Owners and scrum masters to remove roadblocks, ensuring speed-to-delivery across in-flight initiatives.

Program Support & Process Management

Establish and maintain all relevant monitoring & controlling program management artifacts.

Champion ongoing process improvement initiatives to implement standard procedures for Agile delivery methodologies.

Build trusted relationships with program partners and business units, including managing expectations of senior cross-functional leads ensuring they have the insights needed to make effective decisions.

Leading Teams, Governance, & Team Building

Use tools to develop metrics to measure program performance and trends.

Conduct retrospectives to identify recommendations for continuous improvement.

Participate in continuous improvement activities for the IT department and Agile COE team.

4+ years experience, along with a Bachelor's Degree in a business or technology related field.

• Accredited Project Management and Agile Certifications (PMP, CSM, PMI-ACP) are not a requirement but an asset.
• Demonstrated ability in technical program management and program change management, using Agile principles and methodologies to deliver successful technical projects & programs.
• Experience with managing geographically dispersed, multidisciplinary teams across multiple time zones.
• Experience with the delivery of corporate (Finance, People Operations, Communications) initiatives.
• High proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, JIRA, Confluence and ServiceNow.
• Agile program management experience working with Scrum Masters and Scrum teams.
• Strong experience and/or understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC).

Natural leadership ability coupled with strong program management skills with keen attention to detail - i.e., you are capable of leading multiple projects in parallel.

Excellent communication, capable of explaining technical (and non-technical) initiatives to non-technical people at all levels of the organization.

Excellent organizational and time management skills .

Strategic mindset and the ability to understand and communicate the broader business context and strategic importance of IT programs.
