Our client is an Am law 100 firm, seeking a mid‑level patent litigation associate for its IP Life Sciences practice in New York, Washington, DC, Philadelphia, San Francisco, Boston, Los Angeles, and Charlotte. The salary for this position starts at $260k+.

Qualifications 3-4 years of life sciences patent litigation experience focused on pharmaceutical and biopharma clients. Background in biological or chemical science required, with an advanced degree preferred. Experience with patent office/PTAB proceedings; global/European patent exposure a plus. Federal clerkship experience preferred (not required). Large law firm experience is preferred. Biopharma industry or regulatory experience is preferred. Strong academic background required.
