Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Sr. Manager – Performance Marketing to lead our digital marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing significant advertising budgets and driving performance through strategic marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute performance marketing strategies across Meta Ads and Google Ads.
• Manage a marketing budget of at least 2 Cr, ensuring optimal allocation and ROI.
• Analyze campaign performance data and provide actionable insights to improve results.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with overall business goals.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing.
• Lead a team of marketing professionals, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.

Key Criteria:

• Budget Management: Must have handled a minimum budget of 2 Cr across Meta Ads & Google Ads.
• Web Marketing Experience: Solid background in web marketing strategies and execution.
• D2C Exposure: Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) experience is mandatory (non-negotiable).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
• Proven experience in performance marketing with a focus on digital channels.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
