In this position, you will oversee the full product lifecycle, from ideation to scale-up in production. You will work closely with marketing, quality assurance, and culinary teams to ensure that all new launches meet market needs. Your role will also involve documentation of specifications and conducting sensory evaluations for compliance with industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all phases of product lifecycle from concept to launch

Requirements
- Post-secondary education in Food Science or related field
- Minimum of 3 years in Product Development or Quality Assurance
- Proficient with Microsoft 365; SAP knowledge is a plus
- Strong analytical and communication abilities
- Ability to manage ambiguity and adapt to different environments
