Egg Gatherers are responsible for egg gathering, ensuring quality of product, completion of required paperwork and supporting any other general farm duties that may arise during the scheduled shift. Weekdays and weekends required. Training will be provided to the selected candidate. Come join our team to experience working in the exciting and rewarding Agricultural Industry!\r\n\r\n \r\n\r\nKey Responsibilities\r\n\r\n\r\n\tCollect, clean, and sort eggs according to quality standards\r\n\tPerform routine cleaning and sanitation across breeder farm\r\n\tCompletion of required paperwork\r\n\tMaintain detailed logs of quality checks and production outputs\r\n\tChecking barns and eggs\r\n\tEnsure compliance with animal health and welfare protocols\r\n\tFollow safety and quality standards\r\n\tPerform other duties as assigned\r\n\r\n\r\n \r\n\r\nWhat’s in it for you?\r\n\r\n\r\n\t$21.06- $22.06 per hour (based on progression)\r\n\tAll PPE is provided to employees (Boot Reimbursement of $125 after 3 months of service)\r\n\r\n\r\n \r\n\r\nQualifications\r\n\r\n\r\n\tAbility to work in a fast-paced and repetitive environment\r\n\tPhysically capable of lifting up to 40 lbs\r\n\tStrong attention to detail and safety\r\n\tPrevious experience in manufacturing or food production (asset)\r\n\t Adhere to CHEQ, Biosecurity & Animal Welfare requirements (Training will be provided\r\n\tReliable transportation to work site\r\n\r\n\r\n \r\n
