Data Engineer with SQL and Python 💰 Salary: $100,000 - 140,000 per year

📝 Rquirements:

• High School Diploma with 4+ years of relevant data engineering, software development, and/or programming experience.
• Proven expertise in data analysis, parsing, and programming languages (e.g., Python, Java) along with substantial SQL/database proficiency.
• Familiarity with the complete data lifecycle, from ingestion to visualization, within a Big Data context.
• Hands-on knowledge of Java technologies such as JDK, J2EE, EJB, JDBC, and/or Spring, plus experience with RESTful APIs.
• Experience with data pipelining systems (e.g., Apache Airflow) and performing ETL tasks in a Linux environment.
• Active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph.

👩‍💻👨‍💻 Your responsibilities are:

• Designing, implementing, and enhancing systems for data extraction, cleansing, transformation, loading, replication/distribution, and large-scale ingestion in a Big Data setting.
• Streamlining every phase of the data lifecycle, from initial planning through ingestion and final visualization.
• Creating custom solutions and code to optimize the ingestion and utilization of both new and existing data sources.
• Developing logic for data profiling, deduplication, and matching for analytical purposes.
• Organizing and maintaining documentation for the Data Layer to ensure usability, and collaborating closely with data scientists to build data pipelines that support modern AI/ML workflows.
• Working alongside team members, service providers, vendors, and users to devise innovative and efficient methodologies.
• Clearly communicating the risks and limitations connected with software solutions within the given environment.
