U.S. Immigration Paralegal / Legal Assistant
🚨 Immediate Hiring
We are looking for an experienced U.S. Immigration Paralegal / Legal Assistant to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience handling employment-based and humanitarian immigration cases and be comfortable working in a fast-paced legal environment.
💼 Role Overview
As a U.S. Immigration Paralegal, you will support attorneys in managing end-to-end case workflows, preparing documentation, and ensuring compliance with USCIS and DOL requirements.
📍 Location & Shift
- Location: Onsite
- Shift: U.S. EST Business Hours (India Evening Shift)
🔹 Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and review immigration forms (I-140, I-129, ETA 9089, ETA 9142B)
- Handle end-to-end case lifecycle management
- Draft petitions, cover letters, and supporting documents
- Coordinate with clients for documentation and updates
- Track deadlines and ensure compliance with USCIS & DOL
- Assist attorneys with RFEs, NOIDs, and case strategies
- Work on case management tools (Filevine / Docketwise / INSZoom)
🔹 Core Areas of Work
- EB-2 (PERM-based cases)
- PERM process (recruitment, documentation, filing)
- O-1 visa petitions
- Asylum cases
- H-2B visa processing
🔹 Required Qualifications
- 2–5+ years of experience in U.S. immigration law
- Strong knowledge of PERM, EB-2, O-1, Asylum, H-2B
- Hands-on experience with immigration documentation
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple cases with attention to detail
➕ Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with H-1B, L-1, EB-1, E-2, TN
- Knowledge of Adjustment of Status & Consular Processing
- Experience handling RFEs / NOIDs
