What’s the Job?

Our client, a global insurance organization, is seeking a Multinational Client Coordinator to support the day‑to‑day servicing and coordination of multinational insurance programs.

This position supports the full program lifecycle and works closely with underwriters, operations teams, and international network partners.

Toronto, ON (Downtown – Fully Onsite)

Contract | 12 Months | Full‑Time (40 hours/week)

Pay Rate: $41.96/hour

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate day‑to‑day servicing of assigned multinational insurance programs
  • Act as the primary point of contact for internal teams, brokers, and clients
  • Support pre‑bind activities, including territorial and regulatory analysis
  • Gather and document country‑specific regulatory requirements
  • Ensure accurate handoff to operations and network partners
  • Monitor post‑bind implementation and resolve documentation or network issues
  • Track documentation issuance and premium collection timelines
  • Handle mid‑term servicing requests (endorsements, certificates, inquiries)
  • Provide status updates and performance tracking to stakeholders
  • Support operational improvements and standardized multinational processes

Qualifications

  • Experience in commercial insurance (broker or carrier preferred)
  • Exposure to multinational insurance programs
  • Understanding of multinational regulatory and compliance requirements
  • Strong communication, organization, and relationship‑building skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
  • High attention to detail and strong administrative skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
