As a Bilingual Customer Service Specialist, you will be part of the Customer Support Department supporting the client's brand initiatives. What's the Job?

• Provide exceptional solutions for customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat platforms while working remotely from home.
• Demonstrate high standards of personalized customer service to enhance client satisfaction.
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring customer requests are fulfilled or escalated appropriately.
• Maintain professionalism and composure when handling challenging situations or disappointed clients.
• Engage proactively with client website and knowledge base to deliver effective client solutions.

What's Needed?

• Fluent in English and French, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• At least 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a contact center environment.
• Strong listening skills and the ability to tailor responses based on customer needs.
• Organizational skills with a focus on accuracy and timeliness in task completion.
• Comfortable with internet and computer use, especially in e-commerce and online shopping contexts.
