Role Description
We are seeking an experienced Bench Sales Recruiter for a full-time, on-site position at our Nizamabad location. The Bench Sales Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full recruitment life cycle, maintaining consultant bench performance, engaging with prospective clients, and coordinating hiring processes. This role requires excellent communication and account management skills to foster relationships with clients and candidates effectively.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Sales Recruitment and Full-life Cycle Recruiting
- Experience with Hiring processes and strategies
- Proficiency in Account Management and client relations
- Strong Communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proactive approach to managing and prioritizing tasks effectively
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience (No freshers)
- Proven success in a recruitment environment, preferably in IT staffing or similar industries
