He should be capable to oversees all daily operations of a farming business, including crop production, livestock management, staff supervision, and financial planning. They ensure efficient, profitable, and safe operations, Should be often holding a degree in agriculture and possessing strong leadership, machinery, and business management skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Operations Management: Planning and implementing planting, cultivation, and harvesting schedules, as well as managing irrigation systems.
• Labor Supervision: Hiring, training, and scheduling farm staff and laborers to ensure efficient workflow.
• Crop/Livestock Health: Monitoring crop health, soil conditions, and pest control, or managing animal breeding, feeding, and health programs.
• Financial & Inventory Control: Managing budgets, purchasing supplies (seeds, fertilizers, fuel), and keeping detailed records of expenses and production.
• Equipment Maintenance: Ensuring all machinery and farm infrastructure are properly maintained and repaired.
• Compliance & Marketing: Ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations (including organic certifications) and marketing farm produce to buyers.
• Required Qualifications & Skills
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Horticulture, or related field is typically required.
• Experience: Previous experience in farm management or operations (2-5+ years).
• Technical Knowledge: Understanding of agricultural practices, machinery, and modern farming techniques.
