Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Specialist, based in Jalgaon. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for building and maintaining strong customer relationships, identifying and pursuing sales opportunities, and providing excellent customer service. The role involves meeting sales targets, promoting products, communicating with customers, managing sales processes, and providing support to team members as needed. Coordination with other departments to ensure timely order fulfillment and client satisfaction is also a key responsibility.

Qualifications

• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
• Proficiency in Sales and Sales Management, with the ability to meet sales targets
• Experience in Training and supporting team members to enhance performance
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and customer-focused environment
• Previous experience in retail or food industry sales is an advantage
• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business or a related field is a plus
