Plumber – Golf Course Pump & Irrigation System

Job Location - Mullanpur

Role Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced plumber with expertise in golf course irrigation systems, pump operations, and maintenance. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth functioning of water distribution systems, booster pumps, sprinkler networks, and underground pipelines.

Industrial plumbing + pump maintenance is critical as failures can disrupt operations and require specialized expertise.

Key Responsibilities- Pump & Irrigation Systems

• Installation, operation & maintenance of:
• Centrifugal pumps / booster pumps
• Irrigation & sprinkler systems
• Underground HDPE / PVC pipeline networks
• Monitor pump pressure, flow rates & system efficiency
• Troubleshoot pump failures, leakages, and pressure issues

Industrial pump systems require proper installation, repair & maintenance to ensure efficiency and reliability.

Maintenance & Repairs

• Preventive & breakdown maintenance of:
• Pump houses
• Valves, motors, and pipelines
• Conduct routine inspections and diagnostics
• Ensure minimal downtime of irrigation systems

Preventive maintenance and diagnostics are essential to avoid major system failures.

Technical Work

• Handle high-pressure water systems
• Work with electrical teams for pump motor issues
• Maintain logs for maintenance & breakdowns
• Ensure proper alignment, lubrication & calibration

Safety & Compliance

• Follow safety protocols for pump rooms & confined spaces
• Ensure compliance with industrial plumbing standards
• Maintain tools & equipment safely

Required qualification

• ITI / Diploma in Plumbing / Mechanical
• 5–10 years experience in:
• Golf course / irrigation systems
• Industrial / commercial pump systems
• Strong knowledge of:
• Pump operations
• Pipeline layouts
• Valve systems
