Role Description

We have both full-time and part-time, on-site and hybrid openings for Outpatient Mental Health Therapists. The therapist will provide individual, couples, and/or family therapy services to a diverse client population. Responsibilities include conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, maintaining accurate records, and providing therapeutic interventions. The role also involves collaborating with other team members or providers to ensure comprehensive client care while adhering to professional and ethical standards.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in conducting assessments, creating treatment plans, and providing individual, couples, and/or family therapy
• Strong communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and work effectively as part of a team
• Experience with evidence-based therapeutic practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or trauma-informed care
• Ability to maintain detailed, accurate, and timely documentation in compliance with regulatory standards
• Master's degree or Doctorate in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field
• Licensure or eligibility for licensure in Pennsylvania as a Psychologist, LCSW, LPC, or LMFT
• Preferred qualifications: Experience with electronic health records (EHR), familiarity with culturally competent care, and previous work with diverse populations
