Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Fleet Coordinator to manage vehicle deployment, monitor fleet operations, and ensure efficient transportation services. The role involves coordinating drivers, optimizing routes, tracking vehicles, and ensuring timely delivery while maintaining compliance and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate daily fleet operations and vehicle deployment
• Assign vehicles and drivers based on delivery schedules and requirements
• Monitor vehicle movement using GPS tracking systems
• Ensure timely dispatch and delivery of goods/services
• Maintain records of vehicle usage, fuel consumption, and driver logs
• Coordinate vehicle maintenance, servicing, and repairs
• Ensure compliance with transportation laws, permits, and safety regulations
• Handle driver communication, attendance, and issue resolution
• Optimize routes to reduce costs and improve efficiency
• Prepare daily and weekly operational reports

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Logistics, Transportation, or related field
• 2–5 years of experience in fleet coordination or logistics operations
• Strong knowledge of vehicle management and routing
• Familiarity with GPS tracking systems and fleet management software
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks

Preferred Skills

• Experience in last-mile delivery, e-commerce logistics, or transport companies
• Knowledge of local routes and regional transportation networks
• Basic understanding of vehicle maintenance and compliance requirements
