Key Responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate daily fleet operations and vehicle deployment
- Assign vehicles and drivers based on delivery schedules and requirements
- Monitor vehicle movement using GPS tracking systems
- Ensure timely dispatch and delivery of goods/services
- Maintain records of vehicle usage, fuel consumption, and driver logs
- Coordinate vehicle maintenance, servicing, and repairs
- Ensure compliance with transportation laws, permits, and safety regulations
- Handle driver communication, attendance, and issue resolution
- Optimize routes to reduce costs and improve efficiency
- Prepare daily and weekly operational reports
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Logistics, Transportation, or related field
- 2–5 years of experience in fleet coordination or logistics operations
