Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Accounts Executive located in Mahuva. The primary responsibilities include managing day-to-day accounting operations, preparing financial statements, overseeing accounts payable and receivable, processing invoices, reconciling financial discrepancies, and assisting with budgeting and financial planning. The Accounts Executive will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with financial regulations and provide support for audits and reporting requirements.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Accounting, Financial Reporting, and General Ledger Management.
• Knowledge of Taxation, Compliance, and Auditing principles.
• Strong skills in Financial Analysis, Budgeting, and Forecasting.
• Experience with Accounting Software, ERP Systems, and MS Excel.
• Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to meet deadlines.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required.
• 2+ years of relevant accounting or financial experience; prior experience in the agriculture/food production sector is advantageous.
• Familiarity with international export financial practices and logistics is a plus.
