Job Summary: Nikhilesh Solar Wala is seeking an experienced HR Recruiter & Office Coordinator to manage recruitment activities, candidate sourcing, interview coordination, employee records, office administration and management support functions. Key Responsibilities: HR Recruitment Responsibilities:
- Post job vacancies on Indeed, Apna, WorkIndia, Naukri and other recruitment platforms.
- Source and screen suitable candidates.
- Conduct telephonic screening and preliminary interviews.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with management.
- Verify candidate documents and employment details.
- Maintain recruitment database and candidate records.
- Coordinate joining formalities and onboarding processes.
- Maintain employee files and records.
- Support manpower planning and hiring activities. Office Coordination Responsibilities:
- Manage daily office administration activities.
- Coordinate between employees, customers, vendors and management.
- Schedule meetings, interviews and appointments.
- Handle incoming calls and business inquiries.
- Maintain office records, registers and documentation.
- Ensure proper filing and record management.
- Support management in day-to-day operational activities.
- Monitor and maintain reporting systems. Administrative Responsibilities:
