Position Overview

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Assistant to support the sales team in daily operations, client coordination, and documentation. The candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth sales processes and enhancing customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the sales team in day-to-day activities and coordination.
• Handle customer inquiries via calls, emails, and walk-ins.
• Maintain and update customer database and records.
• Schedule meetings, site visits, and follow-ups with clients.
• Prepare sales reports, documents, and presentations.
• Coordinate with internal departments for smooth processing.
• Support in lead generation and follow-up activities.
• Ensure proper documentation and filing of sales records.
• Assist in closing deals and post-sales support.
• Maintain professional communication with clients.

Requirements

• Basic understanding of CRM software and lead management systems.
• Strong follow-up skills to track leads and client responses.
• Ability to handle customer queries and resolve issues efficiently.
• Good coordination skills with sales, marketing, and accounts teams.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of client data.
• Time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new sales processes.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Good typing speed and documentation skills.
• Fluency in English, Hindi, and Marathi (preferred).
• Prior experience in real estate or sales support will be an added advantage.
• Flexible to work on weekends (if required for site visits/client meetings).

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹45,000

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
