Description

Magnolia Companies is seeking an organized, customer-focused Commercial Project Coordinator to join our Operations team. In this role, you'll play a key part in ensuring our clients receive exceptional service while supporting project scheduling, dispatching, and coordination between technicians and field managers.

What You'll Do

• Schedule and dispatch work orders to technicians, ensuring projects are completed efficiently.
• Collaborate closely with Field Managers to monitor project progress and resolve scheduling issues.
• Review technician timecards, verify payroll accuracy, and maintain documentation.
• Manage client communications, provide updates, and ensure satisfaction.
• Assist in preparing service proposals for quick-turnaround jobs.
• Maintain a positive, organized, and professional work environment.
• Participate in after-hours coordination on a rotating basis.

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM (some weekends as needed)

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
• 2+ years of experience in customer service, data entry, or project coordination/administration
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and data entry software
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of plumbing industry a plus
