Job Description
Overview
We're hiring a senior presales professional who thinks like a business architect and executes like a solutions engineer. You'll own the technical sales motion for our SourceConnect / SAP Solution Extensions portfolio across the Americas-designing complex transformation architectures, leading executive conversations, and serving as the trusted advisor that gets enterprise deals across the line.
This role carries significant strategic influence without people management. You'll shape how we engage SAP's field teams, inform product direction based on what you see in the market, and operate as the go-to expert for our highest-value opportunities.
What You'll Own
- Solution Design:Architect end-to-end solutions for Central Finance, multi-ERP consolidation, and S/4HANA transformation scenarios. You're the technical authority customers rely on to validate their approach.
- Executive Conversations:Lead discovery and value-framing discussions with CFOs, Controllers, and Finance IT leaders. Connect technical capabilities to business outcomes they care about.
- Partner Engagement:Build working relationships with SAP's Americas teams. Position yourself-and insightsoftware-as essential to their Central Finance deals.
- Proof of Value:Design and execute POCs that demonstrate measurable impact. Own the technical win.
- Market Intelligence:Feed competitive insights and customer requirements back to Product. Help shape what we build next.
What You Bring
- 8+ years in presales, solutions consulting, or solutions architecture selling to the Office of the CFO
- Hands-on knowledge of SAP S/4HANA, Central Finance, or large-scale ERP transformation projects
- Ability to architect solutions spanning multiple ERP platforms (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Infor)
- Technical fluency in data engineering: ETL/ELT, master data management, data harmonization
- Demonstrated success building business cases and presenting to C-level executives
- Comfort operating independently across complex, partner-influenced deal cycles

The salary range in United States of America for this position is 184,000.00 to 231,000.00 USD Annual.
Your specific offer within this range will be determined by your skills, experience, and qualifications. For non-sales roles, you may be eligible for a bonus. For sales roles, this range includes a commission target.
