Job Summary

Pabbly is seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist – Performance Marketing to plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across digital platforms. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Meta Ads, performance marketing strategies, conversion optimization, and data-driven decision-making to drive lead generation and business growth for our SaaS products.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and manage high-performing Facebook/Meta advertising campaigns.
• Develop compelling ad creatives, campaign concepts, and conversion-focused marketing strategies.
• Create, test, and scale UGC-style advertising campaigns.
• Utilize AI-powered tools to enhance ad creation, audience targeting, and campaign performance.
• Monitor campaign metrics, analyze performance data, and optimize campaigns to improve ROAS and conversions.
• Conduct A/B testing on creatives, audiences, landing pages, and ad copies.
• Identify new growth opportunities and scaling strategies across paid channels.
• Collaborate with design, content, and product teams to align marketing initiatives with business goals.
• Generate performance reports and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 2–5 years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing.
• Strong expertise in Facebook/Meta Ads Manager.
• Proven experience in lead generation and conversion-focused campaigns.
• Strong understanding of audience targeting, campaign optimization, and funnel strategies.
• Experience creating and scaling UGC-style advertisements.
• Knowledge of ad copywriting, hooks, creative strategy, and conversion optimization.
• Familiarity with AI tools for content creation, marketing automation, and campaign enhancement.
• Strong analytical skills with a clear understanding of KPIs such as ROAS, CPA, CTR, and Conversion Rate.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in SaaS, EdTech, or B2B product marketing.
• Knowledge of Google Ads and other paid marketing platforms.
• Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation tools.
