Specialist - Science of communication

4 – 5 years of Digital campaign out of which 2 – 3 years of handling multi modal campaign/email/ SMS marketing for a Brand or Product on any of the marketing automation tools or mail marketing tools

Experience of understanding the technical requirements for a Marketing automation tool/ Email Marketing, ability to handle at the setting up level.

• Understanding of campaign creation with A/B testing will be added advantage
• Tracking and reporting of campaign performance
• Good with MS excel

The role of Science of communication specialist will be to own end-to-end execution and management of all our multi modal campaigns on (eMail, SMS, Web push, inapp, browser push, social media, GDN and other digital networks) for customer renewal, acquisition, engagement, servicing and lead management.
