You will be joining a team as a Bookkeeping Accountant, responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, executing diverse bookkeeping tasks, and ensuring compliance with regulations in India and the USA. You should have a proven track record in Accounting and a deep understanding of the accounting process.

Your key responsibilities will include:
- Managing day-to-day financial transactions, including accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of financial transactions, entries, and adjustments
- Reconciling bank statements, credit card statements, and other financial records
- Preparing and processing invoices, receipts, payments, and other financial documents
- Assisting in the preparation of financial statements, reports, and summaries
- Monitoring and tracking expenses, budgets, and cash flow
- Assisting in tax return preparation and compliance with tax regulations
- Providing support during audits and financial reviews
- Staying updated with changes in accounting standards, regulations, and best practices
- Collaborating with team members and stakeholders to ensure smooth financial operations
Qualifications required for this role:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline
- Demonstrated expertise as a Bookkeeping Accountant or in a comparable position
- Proficiency in leading accounting software such as QuickBooks and the MS Office Suite, with advanced Excel capabilities preferred
- Thorough comprehension of accounting principles, practices, and procedures
- Impeccable attention to detail and precision in data entry and record-keeping
- Ability to work autonomously and prioritize tasks adeptly
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with US GAAP and up-to-date knowledge of relevant tax laws and regulations
- CPA certification is desirable but not obligatory
