Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Indore for an Additional Superintendent (SP) position within the Madhya Pradesh Police. In this role, you will oversee law enforcement operations, manage police personnel, and collaborate with relevant authorities to ensure the safety and security of the public. Responsibilities include implementing crime reduction strategies, leading investigative teams, maintaining public order, and engaging with the community and stakeholders to address safety concerns effectively.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with colleagues, the public, and other government agencies.
• In-depth knowledge of local, state, and national laws and regulations related to public safety and policing.
• Ability to work in high-stress environments and maintain professionalism under challenging circumstances.
• Previous experience in law enforcement or public safety roles is highly preferred.
• A bachelor's degree in criminology, law, or a related field is an advantage.
