Job Description
We are looking for a proactive and tech savvy Outreach & Appointments Specialist to support our sales team. The ideal candidate will engage potential B2B clients through outbound communication, qualify leads, and schedule sales meetings or product demonstrations. You will play a critical role in fueling our sales pipeline and contributing to revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Initiate contact with potential clients via phone calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other outreach tools
- Understand and clearly communicate the value proposition of our IT services to prospective clients
- Qualify leads based on business needs, budget, and decision-making authority
- Schedule appointments for the senior sales team
- Maintain accurate records of interactions, appointments, and lead status in the CRM
- Follow up on warm leads generated through marketing campaigns or referrals
- Work closely with the sales team to refine messaging and improve lead conversion
- Meet or exceed weekly outreach and appointment setting goals
Requirements
- 1 to 3 years of experience in B2B appointment setting, inside sales, or lead generation, preferably in software or IT services
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional tone
- Ability to quickly learn and explain technical products or services
- Familiarity with CRM systems and lead management tools
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Goal oriented and comfortable working in a metrics driven environment
- Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, IT, or related field is preferred but not required
- Reliable internet connection for remote work
Preferred Skills
- Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, or similar prospecting tools
- Basic understanding of software industry terms like web development, cloud solutions, CRM, and ERP
- Exposure to outbound marketing tools and email campaigns
