We are looking for an Outreach & Appointments Specialist to help us connect with businesses that need these services. This is a salaried role focused on finding new opportunities and setting qualified appointments.

Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and tech savvy Outreach & Appointments Specialist to support our sales team. The ideal candidate will engage potential B2B clients through outbound communication, qualify leads, and schedule sales meetings or product demonstrations. You will play a critical role in fueling our sales pipeline and contributing to revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Initiate contact with potential clients via phone calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other outreach tools
  • Understand and clearly communicate the value proposition of our IT services to prospective clients
  • Qualify leads based on business needs, budget, and decision-making authority
  • Schedule appointments for the senior sales team
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions, appointments, and lead status in the CRM
  • Follow up on warm leads generated through marketing campaigns or referrals
  • Work closely with the sales team to refine messaging and improve lead conversion
  • Meet or exceed weekly outreach and appointment setting goals

Requirements

  • 1 to 3 years of experience in B2B appointment setting, inside sales, or lead generation, preferably in software or IT services
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional tone
  • Ability to quickly learn and explain technical products or services
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and lead management tools
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Goal oriented and comfortable working in a metrics driven environment
  • Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, IT, or related field is preferred but not required
  • Reliable internet connection for remote work

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, or similar prospecting tools
  • Basic understanding of software industry terms like web development, cloud solutions, CRM, and ERP
  • Exposure to outbound marketing tools and email campaigns
