Job Description

As a Marketing Manager at Maayasthra, your primary focus will be on outbound marketing and lead generation. You will be responsible for planning and executing outbound marketing strategies using platforms like LinkedIn, cold email, and other acquisition channels. Additionally, you will be expected to write high-converting outreach messages, sequences, and campaigns, as well as build and optimize lead generation funnels to drive conversions. Your role will involve taking end-to-end ownership of campaigns, continuously testing new tools and strategies, collaborating with design/content teams, and tracking performance to improve results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute outbound marketing strategies (LinkedIn, cold email, etc.) to generate qualified leads
  • Write high-converting outreach messages, sequences, and campaigns
  • Build and optimize lead generation funnels with a strong focus on conversion
  • Take end-to-end ownership of campaigns, from ideation to execution and performance tracking
  • Continuously test new tools, workflows, and strategies to improve results
  • Collaborate with design/content teams for campaign assets
  • Track, analyze, and improve performance using data and insights

Key Requirements:

  • 13 years of experience in B2B marketing / lead generation / outbound marketing
  • Strong copywriting and sales messaging skills
  • Ability to execute independently with a results-driven mindset
  • Comfortable with experimentation, iteration, and fast-paced work
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn outreach, cold email, or similar channels
  • Working knowledge of outbound and lead generation tools such as Apollo, Clay, Phantombuster, HubSpot, or similar platforms

Additional Skills:

  • Exposure to D2C marketing, performance marketing, or brand strategy
  • Experience with Meta/Google Ads or organic growth channels
  • Understanding of full-funnel marketing (awareness to conversion)
