Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Graphic Designer / Production Artist to join our creative team. In this role, you will bring visual concepts to life through innovative design, ensuring brand consistency across various platforms. You’ll collaborate closely with marketing, branding, and content teams to produce compelling digital and print materials that captivate audiences and elevate our brand presence. Responsibilities

• Develop and execute visually engaging designs for digital and print media, including branding assets, marketing collateral, signage, and advertisements.
• Collaborate with art directors and marketing teams to conceptualize creative ideas that align with brand strategy and campaign goals.
• Produce high-quality graphics using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other industry-standard tools such as Figma, Sketch, CorelDRAW, and InVision.
• Create motion graphics and video content utilizing Adobe After Effects and video editing software to enhance multimedia projects.
• Design responsive web elements, UI layouts, and prototypes using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, WordPress, and content management systems to ensure seamless digital experiences.
• Manage color accuracy through color management techniques and apply principles of typography, layout design, and visual hierarchy for optimal readability and aesthetic appeal.
• Prepare production-ready files for sign manufacturing or print advertising while adhering to specifications for quality control.
• Support photo manipulation, digital art creation, illustration, and photo editing tasks to enhance visual storytelling efforts.
• Maintain organized project files and adhere to deadlines in a fast-paced environment while ensuring consistency across all deliverables.

Skills

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) along with experience in Adobe After Effects for motion graphics.
• Strong knowledge of digital design principles including color theory, typography, layout design, and visual hierarchy.
• Experience with UI/UX design tools such as Figma, Sketch, InVision for web and app interface projects.
• Skilled in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript basics for web design integration; familiarity with WordPress content management systems.
• Expertise in logo design, branding development, sign manufacturing processes, and print advertising production.
• Ability to create compelling digital art and illustrations using CorelDRAW or similar software; photo manipulation skills are essential.
• Knowledge of color management techniques to ensure accurate reproduction across media types.
• Excellent presentation skills for communicating concepts clearly to clients or internal teams.
• Familiarity with video editing software for creating engaging multimedia content; experience in content management systems is a plus.
