A National leader in the fabrication of material storage products, we are seeking hard working, reliable and loyal welders to add to our growing team on both day and afternoon shifts. We offer competitive wages, profit sharing, sick days, company paid benefits and regular overtime.
Requirements
- Ability to works well with others
- Appreciates a fast paced environment
- Ability to work full time and overtime as needed
- Experience with blueprints ideal
- 2 year plus experience as a welder
- Experience with flame cutting equipment is considered an asset but not mandatory
- Ability to understand and communicate in English
- Ability to consistently lift up to 40 lbs required
- Reliable with commitment to regular attendance a must
Duties
- Operate welding equipment to fuse pre-fabricated metal parts using gas metal arc welding (GMAW) mig
- Set-up and operate welding machines as required
- Examine welds and make sure they meet specifications
Shifts:
- Days: Monday - Thursday 5:45 am - 3:45 pm and Fridays 5:45 am - 10:30 am
- Afternoons: Monday - Thursday 4:00 pm to 2:30 am
- Both shifts are 42.5 paid hours per week
- Overtime paid after 42.5 hours
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $23.00-$25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 42.5 per week
