We partner with healthcare organizations to solve real access challenges — connecting patients, employees, and communities to the care and resources they need. Our work is meaningful, fast-moving, and high-impact.
We're looking for a driven, proactive, and curious Account Manager to join our Strategic Partnerships team. You'll manage and grow a portfolio of key healthcare partners, serve as a trusted advisor, and play a central role in expanding Lyft's footprint in one of the most important sectors we serve.
Responsibilities:

- Drive quarterly revenue goals by expanding existing partnerships and identifying new business opportunities within identified segments
- Partner with engineering and product teams to guide technical integrations, ensuring partners are set up for success and fully leveraging Lyft's API platform capabilities
- Develop a deep understanding of each partner's business, goals, and challenges — using data to uncover opportunities for growth and operational improvement
- Build expertise in healthcare transportation to anticipate partner needs and add strategic value beyond day-to-day account management
- Collaborate cross-functionally with teams across strategy, product, marketing, and legal to deliver for your partners
- Lead change management efforts and proactively identify ways to improve processes and drive efficiency
- Maintain accurate forecasts and pipeline management in Salesforce CRM
Experience:
- 4+ years of experience in account management, business development, management consulting, or a related field
- A proven track record of exceeding revenue targets in a quota-carrying role
- Healthcare industry knowledge, including familiarity with payers, providers, value-based care, and HCBS models
- Strong analytical skills — comfortable pulling, interpreting, and presenting data to support partner decisions
- Excellent communication skills across written, verbal, and presentation formats
- A collaborative, team-first mindset with the ability to build relationships across a wide range of stakeholders from business executives to day-to-day operators
- Self-starter mentality with strong organizational and project management skills
- Professionalism and grace under pressure, especially in complex or ambiguous situations
- Genuine enthusiasm for Lyft's mission and comfort operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment
Benefits:
- Great medical, dental, and vision insurance options with additional programs available when enrolled
- Mental health benefits
- Family building benefits
- Child care and pet benefits
- 401(k) plan to help save for your future
- In addition to 12 observed holidays, salaried team members have discretionary paid time off, hourly team members have 15 days paid time off
- 18 weeks of paid parental leave. Biological, adoptive, and foster parents are all eligible
