We are seeking a highly motivated and talented Creative Producer to join our team at Friyay by LWYD Interactive. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the development and execution of creative projects from concept to completion. This role requires a blend of creative vision, project management skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Management: Lead and manage creative projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
• Creative Development: Collaborate with the creative team to develop innovative concepts and ideas for various platforms.
• Client Liaison: Act as the primary/secondary point of contact for clients, understanding their needs, managing expectations, and ensuring satisfaction.
• Production Oversight: Oversee all aspects of production, including planning, scripting, shooting, editing, and final delivery of content.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with designers, writers, developers, and other team members to ensure seamless execution of projects.
• Quality Control: Ensure all deliverables meet the highest standards of quality and align with the brand's vision and objectives.
• Budget Management: Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring efficient use of resources.
• Trend Monitoring: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to drive innovation and creativity in all projects.

Qualifications

• Experience: 2+ years of experience in a creative production role, preferably within a digital agency or similar environment.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Film, Media Production, Marketing, or a related field.
• Creative Vision: Strong creative thinking and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and effectively.
• Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements and client needs.
