Job Description
Service Advisor
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Attend customers at Tata Motors service reception and record vehicle complaints accurately.
- Prepare job cards as per Tata Motors service standards and warranty guidelines.
- Explain service estimates, repair timelines, and warranty coverage clearly.
- Coordinate with technicians for correct diagnosis and repair.
- Ensure customer approval for additional work through DMS / recorded confirmation.
- Monitor work progress to meet Turnaround Time (TAT) targets.
- Perform final inspection and ensure quality of work before delivery.
- Explain invoice details and service work done to customers at delivery.
- Promote Tata Motors value-added services (AMC, EW, accessories).
- Update service records in Tata Motors DMS accurately.
- Handle customer concerns professionally and ensure high CSI scores.
- Follow Tata Motors SOPs, safety norms, and audit requirements.
Qualification & Skills:
- Diploma / Graduate (Automobile / Mechanical preferred)
- Strong technical knowledge and customer handling skills
Bodyshop Advisor
- Inspect accidental vehicles and assess body & paint repair requirements.
- Prepare detailed estimates with photographs as per Tata Motors insurance process.
- Coordinate with insurance surveyors for approval and claim settlement.
- Explain repair process, timelines, and customer liability clearly.
- Update insurance, estimate, and job card details in DMS.
- Coordinate with Bodyshop technicians and painters for timely repairs.
- Ensure quality checks and final inspection before vehicle delivery.
- Handle customer queries related to insurance and accidental repairs.
- Maintain proper documentation for insurance and audit compliance.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and CSI scores.
Qualification & Skills:
- Diploma / Graduate (Automobile preferred)
- Good communication and negotiation skills
Job Types: Full-time, Fresher
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
