Job Description
A Real Estate Sales Manager drives revenue and profitability by leading a team of agents to sell properties. They are responsible for setting sales quotas, developing marketing strategies, recruiting and training staff, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction while navigating changing local market trends
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve organizational sales goals and revenues.
- Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to ensure they achieve individual and team targets.
- Build and maintain robust client relationships through networking, cold calling, and client meetings.
- Analyze market trends and identify new business opportunities.
- Oversee the sales process from prospecting through to closing.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and budgets.
- Collaborate with marketing and other departments to align sales strategies and promotions.
- Provide training and development opportunities for the sales team.
Pay: ₹13,666.23 - ₹55,614.67 per month
