Qualifications

• Proven supervising or leadership experience in outreach or sales roles
• Strong marketing background with excellent communication skills
• Prior customer service experience, especially in face-to-face or telemarketing settings
• Experience in door-to-door canvassing or telemarketing campaigns
• Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse communities effectively
• Demonstrated negotiation skills to build rapport and secure commitments
