We are looking for a skilled and responsible Social Media Manager / Digital Marketing Manager who can manage client social media accounts, plan campaigns, handle paid ads, and drive measurable growth.
Role Overview
The Social Media Manager will be responsible for managing social media pages, creating content strategies, coordinating creatives, running paid campaigns, tracking performance, and improving brand visibility across platforms.
The candidate should have practical knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads, social media strategy, content planning, analytics, and client coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage social media accounts for Lumora Media and client brands across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
- Plan and execute monthly content calendars for different clients.
- Create content ideas for posts, reels, stories, campaigns, and ads.
- Coordinate with graphic designers, video editors, content creators, and clients to ensure timely content delivery.
- Write captions, ad copy, hashtags, and basic content briefs.
- Run and manage Meta Ads campaigns for lead generation, brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.
- Run and monitor Google Ads campaigns including search, display, and YouTube ads.
- Track campaign performance, analyze insights, and prepare basic reports.
- Improve social media reach, engagement, followers, leads, and conversions.
- Monitor trends, competitor activities, and platform updates.
- Communicate with clients professionally and understand their marketing requirements.
- Suggest growth strategies and campaign improvements based on data.
- Ensure all content aligns with brand tone, campaign goals, and deadlines.
- Required Skills
- Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube marketing.
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
- Knowledge of content planning, campaign strategy, and social media growth.
- Basic understanding of SEO, lead generation, landing pages, and performance marketing.
- Good writing skills for captions, ad copy, and content ideas.
- Ability to read analytics and prepare simple performance reports.
- Creative thinking with a result-oriented mindset.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to handle multiple clients and campaigns at the same time.
- Knowledge of tools like Canva, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, Google Ads, Google Sheets, and scheduling tools is a plus.

- 1–3 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.
- Agency experience is preferred.
