Taking care of pre-sales survey for Solar plant Installation & Commissioning of Solar Hi End Products/Projects. Handover & Maintenance of Solar Hi End Products/Projects. Execute the customer service delivery for Solar & High KVA products. Ensure customer satisfaction by ensuring excellent service deliveries like First Time Fix, Quality of repairs. Ensure timely action on Product Quality issues reported from field.
