Job Description
As a Liability Insurance Specialist at LTM, your role involves identifying and defining LTM's global liability insurance requirements, assessing adequacy of existing coverage, reviewing client insurance expectations, managing policy renewals, claims settlement, and supporting internal stakeholder requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and define LTM's global liability insurance requirements across geographies, business lines, and delivery models.
- Evaluate exposure arising from client contracts, delivery locations, employee activities, third-party engagements, and regulatory environments to ensure appropriate coverage structures.
- Assess the adequacy of existing liability insurance coverage in relation to client operations, contractual risk exposure, and evolving business activities.
- Regularly review limits, sub-limits, deductibles, territorial scope, and policy terms to ensure alignment with operational and contractual risk profiles.
- Review and interpret client insurance requirements as stipulated in contracts, RFPs, MSAs, and audit questionnaires.
- Identify gaps or deviations between client expectations and LTM's existing insurance program and support discussions with internal stakeholders for compliance.
- Manage end-to-end renewal of liability insurance policies, including coordination with brokers and insurers, review of coverage terms, benchmarking of limits, and timely completion of renewal documentation.
- Oversee liability insurance claims management from notification through settlement, acting as the primary liaison between internal stakeholders, insurers, brokers, and legal teams.
- Provide ongoing support to internal stakeholders by furnishing insurance certificates, policy summaries, endorsements, and other proofs for audits, client due diligence, and compliance reviews.
- Respond to client insurance questionnaires and audit queries with accurate, consistent, and audit-ready documentation.
