Job Summary

Responsible for managing and supporting Desktop Endpoint Technician operations ensuring reliability security and performance across enterprise environments

Key Responsibilities

• Provide end to end support for Desktop Endpoint Technician systems and services ensuring 24x7 availability.
• Perform advanced troubleshooting and root cause analysis for complex incidents.
• Implement automation scripts for routine tasks and process improvements.
• Coordinate with cross functional teams for system upgrades and migrations.
• Maintain detailed documentation for configurations incidents and compliance audits.
• Participate in disaster recovery drills and ensure business continuity readiness.
• Monitor performance metrics and optimize resource utilization.
• Ensure adherence to security best practices and compliance standards.

Technical Skills Tools

Expertise in tools and technologies relevant to Desktop Endpoint Technician including.

• Operating Systems Windows Linux macOS.
• Networking TCPIP DNS DHCP VPN.
• Automation Python PowerShell Bash.
• Monitoring Nagios SolarWinds Splunk.
• Cloud Platforms AWS Azure GCP.
• Security Firewalls IDSIPS Encryption tools.
• Configuration Management Ansible Terraform.
• Ticketing Systems ServiceNow Jira.

Good to have Knowledge

• Knowledge of emerging technologies cloud integration and advanced automation frameworks.
• Process Compliance.
• Familiarity with ITIL processes ISO 27001 standards and regulatory compliance requirements.

Certifications

• Relevant certifications such as CompTIA vendor specific credentials and cloud certifications.

Soft Skills

• Excellent communication problem solving and collaboration skills Ability to work in shifts and under pressure.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science information technology or related field.

Benefits

Compensation range: $45,000.00 to $50,000.00 per year
