- Mandatory Skills Atleast 5-7 years experience on Java and Go Lang
- Programming Languages Deep handson expertise in Java and Golang including core concepts concurrency primitives and standard libraries
- Frameworks Tools
- Java Strong experience with the Spring Framework Spring Boot Spring MVC HibernateJPA
- Golang Proficiency with web frameworks like Gin Echo or Fiber and use of Go modules and testing frameworks
- Cloud DevOps Extensive experience with public cloud platforms such as AWS GCP or Azure including knowledge of services like EC2 S3 RDS Lambda and EKSECS
- Databases Messaging Strong knowledge of both SQL eg PostgreSQL MySQL and NoSQL eg MongoDB Redis databases and experience with message queuesevent streaming platforms
- APIs Microservices Proven ability to design build and consume RESTful APIs and gRPC services within a microservices architecture
- CICD Observability Experience designing and implementing CICD pipelines Jenkins GitLab CI GitHub Actions and setting up monitoring logging and distributed tracing using tools like Prometheus Grafana or CloudWatch
