Job description

Role: As a Staff Backend Software Engineer, you will develop and enhance systems powering a commerce platform, including CRM, CPQ, Billing, and integrations.

Responsibilities: Design scalable backend systems, define technical strategies, simplify legacy architectures, ensure system reliability, collaborate with cross-functional teams, improve data integrity, and own large problem spaces from conception to execution.

Qualifications: BS/MS/PhD in a related field or equivalent experience, 12+ years of software development, expertise in large-scale distributed systems, strong system design skills, experience in financial or monetization systems, and excellent communication skills.
