🎯 About the Role

We’re looking for a creative and hands-on Video Editor/Videographer with 4–5 years of experience who can shoot and edit high-quality, scroll-stopping content. If you love working on Reels-first content and are open to traveling for shoots, this role is for you!

🎬 Shoot with the Team

· Film product shoots, lifestyle content, and campaign videos alongside the content team · Handle camera, basic lighting, and framing for Reels-fi rst output · Capture clean footage across multiple setups in a single shoot day · Be ready to shoot on-the-go with a phone when needed

✂️ Edit & Deliver

· Cut raw footage into short-form videos Reels, Shorts, product demos, campaign cuts · Add colour grading, captions, audio, transitions, and motion text · Deliver edited videos, ready to publish · Maintain brand consistency in every edit palette, fonts, tone.

🤖 AI Video Support

· Use AI tools to generate B-roll, fi ll visual gaps, or create faceless content · Add AI voiceovers or auto-captions where the brief calls for it · Experiment with AI-generated product visuals and motion for social content · Stay updated on new AI video tools relevant to FMCG content.

✅ Requirements

• 4–5 years of experience in video editing & videography
• Strong understanding of short-form content (Reels/Shorts)
• Proficiency in editing tools (Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc.)
• Creative mindset with attention to detail
• Willingness to travel for shoots
