Job Overview

We are seeking an energetic, friendly and efficient Cocktail Bartender to join our vibrant team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for crafting exceptional cocktails, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests.

In this role, you will oversees bar operations, help develop cocktail and drink menus, train staff, and manage inventory. It is essential that you have a strong command of classic cocktails, and the creativity to design on trend cocktails unique to our venue. Previous experience in the restaurant or bar industry is required, with preference shown to candidates with formal education in bartending, and/or experience in high end cocktail environments and leadership positions.

Responsibilities

• Menu Development: Creating and pricing new signature cocktails, making specialty syrups/infusions/garnishes, and designing drink menus and spcials.
• Leadership & Training: Mentoring staff, running tastings, training new bartenders, and fostering a collaborative team environment.
• Operations Management: Overseeing inventory, ordering stock, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring compliance with safety/liquor regulations.
• Guest Experience: Delivering exceptional, high-end service, and handling guest inquiries or issues
• Staffing - Assist manegement with scheduling and hiring front of house staff

Requirements

• Extensive Knowledge: Deep understanding of classic cocktails, trendy drinks, spirits, wine, and beer.
• Experience: At least 2–3 years in high-volume, upscale bartending with previous leadership experience.
• Leadership: Strong communication, coaching abilities, and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
• Certification: Valid Smart Serve

Pay: $17.60-$30.00 per hour
