We are looking for a dynamic and creative Social Media Manager with 4–5 years of experience in managing high-engagement digital platforms. The candidate should have strong expertise in handling Facebook, Instagram, X (Twitter), and LinkedIn with a deep understanding of platform trends, audience behaviour, and content strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily social media operations across all major platforms
• Ideate, create, and execute engaging content aligned with LPU’s brand positioning
• Write compelling captions, scripts, and content copies for reels, campaigns, and posts
• Coordinate and execute shoots, content production, and timely publishing
• Understand what type of content performs best for youth and education-focused audiences
• Work closely with internal teams, agencies, and stakeholders for smooth execution
• Ensure consistency, quality, and timely delivery under fast-paced work environments
• Track trends, monitor engagement, and contribute innovative campaign ideas
