We’re looking for a creative, execution-driven Digital Growth Executive to help scale the launch of an upcoming fintech & market-intelligence mobile product.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow social media presence across Instagram, Telegram, X, Facebook, WhatsApp & YouTube Shorts
- Create engaging daily content including reels, posts, stories, creatives & launch campaigns
- Drive organic growth through communities, trends, collaborations & audience engagement
- Assist in running and optimizing Meta & Google ad campaigns
- Monitor growth metrics, analyze performance & experiment with new strategies
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in digital or growth marketing
- Strong execution mindset with startup enthusiasm
- Skilled in Canva, short-form content creation & basic video editing
- Good communication skills in English & Hindi
- Interest in fintech or financial markets is an added advantage
