Role Objective
The role is responsible for driving sales strategy, new client acquisition, and business development in the Direct Sales segment. A key focus will be on developing and managing channel partner networks to achieve business growth and revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect and acquire new business through B2B/B2C channels
- Build and strengthen channel partner networks to drive consistent sales
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and site visits for business conversion
- Manage client relationships and support through all stages of engagement
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless deal closures
- Ensure compliance with sales processes, reporting, and policies
Candidate Profile
- 2–7 years of experience in Sales / Business Development
- Background in consulting, investment banking, wealth management, or client servicing preferred
- Exposure to luxury product sales will be an advantage
- Strong communication and relationship management skills
- High drive for targets and results; willingness to travel
- MBA preferred
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
