Writer

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Writer role based in Aurangabad. The Writer will create clear, accurate, and engaging content that supports LL Technologies’ US IT recruitment operations, including job descriptions, candidate outreach messages, email templates, and marketing collateral. Responsibilities include researching US IT roles and market trends, translating technical requirements into accessible language, and maintaining consistent tone and branding across all written materials. The role involves close collaboration with recruiters, account managers, and leadership to tailor content for clients, candidates, and internal stakeholders. The Writer will also edit and proofread existing content, optimize materials for clarity and impact, and maintain organized documentation for repeated use.

Qualifications

• Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with the ability to produce clear, concise, and error-free content.
• Experience creating professional content such as job descriptions, outreach emails, and corporate communications.
• Ability to research US IT roles, technologies, and industry terminology and convert them into easy-to-understand language.
• Familiarity with recruitment or HR processes, especially US IT staffing, is highly preferred.
• Comfort working closely with recruiters and account managers to gather requirements and refine messaging.
• Strong organization and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with standard office and collaboration tools (e.g., word processing, spreadsheets, email, and messaging platforms).
• Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Journalism, Human Resources, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with attention to detail and consistency.
• Willingness to learn about US IT recruitment practices, client expectations, and candidate communication standards.
