Housekeeping Leader

• Lahe by Loka is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Housekeeping Leader to manage and supervise our housekeeping operations. The ideal candidate will ensure high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and guest satisfaction while leading the housekeeping team effectively.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily housekeeping operations and staff
• Ensure rooms and public areas meet cleanliness standards
• Conduct regular inspections of rooms and facilities
• Manage housekeeping inventory and supplies
• Train, guide, and motivate team members
• Coordinate with other departments for smooth operations

Requirements

• Proven experience in housekeeping, preferably in hospitality
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Good communication skills
• Attention to detail and problem-solving ability

Salary: As per industry standards
