Java Full Stack Developer with Generative AI expertise

to design and build scalable, enterprise-grade applications. This role combines strong

backend and frontend engineering

with hands-on experience in

GenAI technologies

You will play a key role in building

production-ready applications

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop

end-to-end full-stack applications

using Java and modern frontend frameworks

• Build scalable

microservices-based architectures

using Spring Boot

• Develop responsive and dynamic UI using

ReactJS / Micro Frontends

• Integrate

Generative AI capabilities

(LLMs, RAG pipelines, AI services) into enterprise applications

• Translate business requirements into

robust, scalable technical solutions

• Collaborate with product, business, and engineering teams to deliver

high-impact solutions

• Participate in

technical design discussions and code reviews

• Ensure

performance, scalability, security, and reliability

of applications

• Stay updated with the

latest trends in AI and full-stack development

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in

full-stack development

• Strong expertise in:
• Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, Microservices
• Frontend technologies

: ReactJS, JavaScript, HTML, CSS

• Experience in building and deploying

distributed systems in production

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Preferred Skills & Experience

• Hands-on experience with

Generative AI

, including:

• LLM-based applications
• RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architectures
• Embeddings and vector databases
• AI orchestration/agent frameworks
• Experience integrating

AI services into backend systems

• Exposure to

cloud platforms

(GCP / Azure)

• Familiarity with

event-driven architecture

(Kafka or similar)

• Experience in the

Banking / Financial Services domain

is a plus

• Understanding of

• Experience in modernizing
