The Job
We’re looking for a highly organized, strategic, and scrappy Supply Chain Manager to own and optimize our end-to-end supply chain. This role will be responsible for planning, sourcing, production coordination, inventory management, and logistics—ensuring our products are delivered on time, in full, and at the highest quality.

Key Responsibilities
Supply Planning & Inventory
- Own demand forecasting and supply planning across all SKUs and channels
- Maintain optimal inventory levels at our production facility, plus 3PL (HPP toller) and distributor partners
- Monitor stock levels and proactively mitigate risks (OOS, overstock, waste)
Procurement & Sourcing
- Manage relationships with key raw material, ingredient and packaging suppliers
- Work with COO to negotiate pricing, contracts, and lead times
- Identify new suppliers and build redundancy into the supply chain
- Supply all purchase orders for procuring the goods
Production Management
- Coordinate production schedules with internal operations team, plus 3PL (HPP toller)
- Ensure accurate and timely purchase orders and production runs
- Troubleshoot production issues and ensure quality standards are met
Logistics & Distribution
- Work with contracted logistics team to oversee inbound/outbound freight & warehousing
- Manage relationships with 3PL partners and freight providers
- Optimize shipping costs, routes and service levels
Systems & Process Optimization
- Build and improve supply chain processes, tools and reporting systems
- Help implement and manage ERP/inventory management systems and other integrated data platforms (Catana, SPS, Asana etc)
- Track and report on KPIs (fill rate, OTIF, COGS etc)
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with Sales, Finance and Marketing on forecasting, promotions and launches
- Partner with the QA team to maintain robust quality and food safety systems aligned with regulatory and customer requirements.
- Support new product innovation with sourcing and operational execution
- Align supply chain strategy with overall business goals
Who You Are
- 4–8+ years of experience in supply chain, operations, or logistics within CPG (food/beverage strongly preferred)
- Strong understanding of demand planning, inventory management, and production coordination
- Experience working with co-manufacturers and 3PLs
- Tech-savvy and proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Gmail) and Asana; ERP or inventory management system experience a plus
- Excellent project management and communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment with a builder's mentality — you're excited to create systems, not just maintain them
- Demonstrated ability to think strategically about operations, not just tactically — comfortable moving between the weeds and the 30,000 foot view
- Genuine passion for food, sustainability, or mission-driven business, with an understanding of the better-for-you or regenerative food space
- Experience working with purpose-driven or ethical sourcing partners, including suppliers or manufacturers who prioritize transparency, sustainability, or fair trade practices
- Familiarity with perishable products and shelf-life management
- Familiarity with certifications or compliance standards relevant to natural/organic food (USDA Organic, SQF, Kosher etc.)
