Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Nurse position located in Kanayannur. The Nurse will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care, administering treatments, assisting in medical procedures, and managing medical records. Additional responsibilities include patient education, monitoring patients’ health status, coordinating with doctors and healthcare professionals, and adhering to hospital procedures and quality standards to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Strong clinical skills, including patient assessment, administering medications, and monitoring vital signs
• Knowledge of infection control, patient safety, and basic life support protocols
• Effective communication and collaboration skills to work within a multidisciplinary healthcare team
• Organizational and time management skills to prioritize patient care
• Proficient record-keeping and documentation abilities
• Flexibility and adaptability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Nursing, with a valid nursing license
• Experience in clinical or hospital settings is preferred
